I first knew Fabian when he was a deputy pursuing demanding assignments such as the North Metro Drug Task Force, where he stood out early for his work ethic, accountability, and commitment to public service. As I developed as a young deputy, Fabian mentored and guided me, and I have always respected the way he leads by example and invests in the growth of others.

I later worked alongside Fabian as a detective, where we worked cases side-by-side.
